Humans
Although short-lived by comparison, humans are the most populous of all Azaron's races. They are renowned for their diversity and ambition, and although they lack specializations like other races, they can excel in many areas.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Elves
Slightly shorter than the average human, elves are also noticeably more slender and graceful, handsome and beautiful averaging between 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 feet and 95 to 135 pounds. Males are slightly more muscular on average, there is little difference in height between the sexes, and neither sex grows facial, nor body hair. Their features in general may be described as more angular and defined; including long, pointed ears and wide, almond-shaped eyes. Most elves have fair skin and dark hair, though this is no more true of all elves than it is of humans. They have a reputation for careful grooming, more so than perhaps any other race. This frequently extends to their clothing, which is luxurious and well-kept, though not to the point of impracticality.
Elves also do not age as other creatures; their physical appearances remain constant from achieving physical maturity to death. Elves do grow physically weaker and mentally stronger as they grow older.
Elves tend to love nature and everything in it, but are quite capable of adapting to many different surroundings.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Dwarves
Dwarves average four feet in height, with squat, broad bodies[citation needed]. Male dwarves grow thick facial hair. It is often a sign of extreme sadness and mourning for a dwarf to shave his beard.
Dwarves love to blacksmith and to mine. They love the mountains and build grand cities within them.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Gnomes
Gnomes are Small sized humanoids, standing 3-3½ feet (90-105 centimeters) tall.
Gnomes are naturally friendly, highly social and fun loving people. They are respected by Elves for their communion with nature and knowledge of arcane magic, admired by Humans for their humor, and sought out by Dwarves for their gemcutting skills.
